Hah, I should have read the challenge better - not sure I would have agreed to take such good care of myself if I had been paying attention.

Well, I better get to it. I need to lose another pound next week so I can fit into my party dress! I am going to a colonial dance and have an outfit but I cannot fit into it comfortably if I don't maintain or lose at least a tiny bit more. I could leave off the tight part but that would be less fun!

Hope you are having a good week - tomorrow I meet my new trainer since my second one is leaving for a different job. I think it will go well.
