Cheese Pizza (the Popeye) with spinach and feta cheese. It's delicious, BUT,...way too many calories & salt. I'll start working it off today. I am loving the spring. The warmer weather, the rain, the cooless at night...The Masters. The birds sing with spirit, the early spring flowers are beginning to bloom, the squirrels are active, though I don't particularly like coyotes I can hear their barks at night, and so many other things that demonstrate the beauty of God's creation. Oh well, back to working out beginning this morning. Everyone keep focused, keep losing & maintaining your weight, and enjoying this time of year. God is good !!
