Thursday was my 1st day to play golf in over 6 months due to my knee injury, back issues, and of course the winter. Although I was trying to find a workable swing plane during the round, it was absolutely great to be out in warmer weather and enjoy some time with my friends who play golf. But the results were better than they could have been. The short term weight gain is slowly coming off after a very inactive winter, over-eating during the holidays, and a couple of trips to see family. In addition, my wife made some spectacular chicken curry salad that has grapes, apples, almonds and other delectables and we had this for dinner. There was a regular vegetable salad that went along with it. Back to the bike again today, and am planning to ride about 18 mile on the recumbent bike. Everyone keep focusing, keep exercising, and losing weight. God is Good.
