Whew !!! Saturday, as previously noted, was a major food day from a BBQ restaurant with buffet in Owensboro KY. Major loads of calories, salt, and fat. Plus we went to Wendy's for breakfast before going to KY. Mostly ate out because of the wind & loss of electricity at our home & in our community. Then, after a later medical appointment on Monday, we ate at Red Lobster. But, frankly, the results were probably OK since I had broiled fish, broccoli, and some mashed potatoes,....plus their biscuits. When I woke up on Saturday AM, I weighed 205.2. Today, I am back and a little bit lower at 204.8. Thus, it took 4 days to get rid of the extra calories, salt, and fat from Saturday. I am behind in my short range goal to reach 190 on or before 4/1/23. However, the long range goal is to get back to 180 and stay there. I am back to exercising after having to quit for a few days due to an epidural shot and some related back issues. Everyone keep focused, keep losing the weight, and keep those muscles stretched. God is good !!
