Thanks for following the wackyvelvetee's FS tribulations. Weighed for a medical check-up earlier today, the doc's scale must be crazy? I normally should do these visits every year, now, I am not really a huge fan of any type of doctors so here I am, 2 years late. She didn't want to prescribe any blood work so I have to see my family doctor. Stupid, this will cost additional money that my insurance will pay. I'll check this loss tomorrow morning if there is any difference with my scale, just because I am curious. I was lazy to cook so I got this amazing kebab. Dedication to Chris and D. It was glorious!

Also, it's Tuesday, and I wish I had pictures from my past, I lost everything a few years ago, so can't do any before/after. Never mind. I often get questions like, how to look younger. It's so complicated, you think, yet simple. 1) Be fit, it's visible not only through your body but your face actually shows it as well, inspired by Sharon, Rosio, Key, DP, and many more 2) Ladies, besides eating properly and exercising, take your time to take care of your bloody face. Honestly, it's 10 minutes in the morning and the same in the evening. Not doctored, Mr Chesnut. Happy Tuesday Transformation!
