This has been an amazing day on the bike. I don't know where my legs were getting their power & speed, but they were strong and moving quickly. 23.5 miles were put on the bike today in 81.25 minutes. The first segment was 12.90 miles and accomplished in 45.5 minutes or 17 MPH. The second segment was 15.33 minutes and 4.6 miles at 18 MPH. And the last was 6 miles in 20.4 minutes at 17.62 MPH. The overall average was 17.35 MPH. That is not a record setter for me, but extremely close. My record is 17.41, but that was months ago. Lately, I've been struggling to exceed 16 MPH overall. Also, I cannot remember any segment, ever, that was 18 MPH. It certainly made me hungry for lunch. We had soup & fruit which is our main "go-to" when not having salad. Everyone keep thinking about what you are thankful this week. ME ?? I am thankful for my wonderful wife, children, grandchildren, and AJ our great-grandson. Also, I am thankful for my health, the FS journey that has brought me many friends on this site, the actual journey, and the salvation through the Lord Jesus. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and keep losing / maintaining your weight. God is good !!
