Very frustrated this week, lots of bad situations around family that I can't control. Trying to let go of what I can't change and act to help change what I am allowed to. My brother and daughter are spending money poorly in my opinion and I don't think that they're changing their plan based on anything I say. Plus my own plan is taking longer than I thought it would, both with the weight loss and the house cleaning. Up and down a little but basically 4 pounds down in 7 weeks, I guess it could be worse!

Can't eat while cleaning, so this sounds like a win-win that you CAN control. Everything else is just a distraction from your own goals.

I caught those 4 lbs you lost.. I gained 4 lbs this week so I'm being very diligent with my food intake so I can lose it! I'm sorry to hear things have been rough...hang in there!💜🙏
