80 minutes and 21.6 miles of bike riding today. Plus, the physical therapist wore me out today having me do exercises for the back and knee. Then, after all of that I had to cut about 3 acres of what I call our pasture land. Generally, it is our land that is "not" under trees. So, it was a full day. My wife prepared a wonderful dinner of skinless chicken breast meat over rice mixed with broccoli, bell peppers, and onion. We sometimes have medjool dates for nighttime snacks, and that just sounds like a great idea tonight for me. Everyone keep focused, keep exercising, and keep losing weight. God is good !!
