It was only a day late, but we finally had our corned beef, red cabbage, potatoes, and some peas & carrots,.....twice. Saturday night and Sunday lunch. I always look forward to celebrating our somewhat minor ancestral Irish heritage. And the meal was kept within the limits of being full, but certainly not stuffed. In addition, after heading north to 210 temporarily from some really good food in Memphis while visiting our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughters, the weight is coming down again. This A.M. I weighed in at 201.8 I have not been at or below 200 since the week before Christmas. However, I've been riding the bicycle faithfully and performing some other exercises daily. With the reduced eating, the weight is slowly getting to 200. There are only another 15 - 20 pounds to go before I start maintaining again. Everyone keep focused, keep reducing or maintaining your weight, and striving for your best. We can do it !! God is good.
