Thanksgiving & Christmas Dinners & the accompanying weeks & festivities are always tough. 2 pounds heavier this AM. I know it is only temporary, but still. We had a great Thanksgiving Day & meal, and, of course, there will be several days of leftovers. I tried to have a medium helping, and for the most part did OK. But, dessert is just "too" tempting and I had 2 helpings. I'll be on track within the next 10 days, and then there is Christmas. I hope that each of you had wonderful Thanksgiving Days, and appreciate all of the blessings we have on this special day. However, we can be thankful anywhere and any time, regardless of our location, situation, or time. Keep focusing and keep positive. We are blessed. God is good.
