Besides the peppers, leftovers. The egg Benedict I wasn't into eating yesterday, tasted pretty good after a few minutes in the air fryer. Yolk was still runny. Last sausage (pork chicken combo), may share it with my friends, and the classic Costco Cesar salad left from the Fourth. My own dressing because those tubs are huge. Tomorrow, we will have to cook for ourselves again. Until then, unique but tasty. Well, that was calorically heavier than I thought. At least I know early in the day so I can correct course.
