Repetition is not only easier, it keeps me from thinking about what I 'want' to eat rather than what I have planned because it is healthy, easy, and fits my plan.

Another comment . . . I recently read an article that said that people who maintain their weight tend to eat the same things over and over switching out what is in season but they tend to save special meals for special occasions.
