Ahahah what a bunch of crap is written there...
I wonder why scientists discovered there are types of bodies, like ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph.
I guess people with hormonal dysfunctions, food allergies that they don't know about are just paranoid.
I wonder why I skipped meals, did high level competition sports and still weighed above 100Kgs. Because we are all the same right? Just some eat badly and others very spot on.
Michael Phelps used to eat various McDonalds menus to be able to stand during his training without having energy negative drops, if i ate one i'd pull weight up 1kg. But that's silly right? I guess he hate 5 McDonalds menus the right way and I ate 1 the wrong way...
Of course some people have bad habits and are not well educated on how and what to properly eat, but put everyone in the same box? Really?
The problem is not that this image is BS, the problem is that there are people that actually believe it, feel guilty and grab into these magic diets that are actually bad for them in the long run.

Phelps swam 6-8 hours a day, NFM. This post is factual. Calories in calories out.

Besides, scientists did no such thing. Somatotypes are a myth. They are only ways to classify current body types and they can also be used as a crutch

Well, since were having fun.......Freaking. . . .Elder James and the Metaphysical Gang.....well are body types science? Hmmm...Sheldon was debunked with the notion of body types and characteristics of each....so maybe. Then again, is psychology a science? https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/theory-knowledge/201601/the-is-psychology-science-debate ;-;-;-;-; Will we EVER know?!? Are they just better educated reporters? All those pesky questions.

Diablo I did Athletics 5 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's not factual, people are not the same. Calories in calories out is half right, your body don't handle energy the same way and also the type of energy that get handled is also not the same. And also the post does not talk about I-O calories, it judges people that ARE DIFFERENT. You guys need a lot more information before influencing other people.

This post is advising that thin people eat less or move more or both than obese people. You find that to be wrong? It's physics.

Eat for your goals. Want to eat more? Move more and/or lift. You're heavy and strong? You can eat more. You're light and weak? You require less energy. Also, maybe don't compare yourself to an Olympic athlete. The only thing that proves is that maybe McDonald's isn't as bad for you as you think.

This is such an odd post. I've only known a few people who were "naturally thin" in that they did not have to consciously and intentionally control their eating habits. Most were young men who were in the middle of their pubescent growth spurt and were in the process of adding height, muscle mass, and bone density. The others were type I childhood onset diabetics who had to inject insulin. Most of the "thin people" I knew were bulimic or outright anorexic with a perfectionist attitude that went far beyond what I ever had. Most had little muscle mass, suggesting that they only looked at the scale and not their fitness. I think it's far better to examine the habits of "consciously fit" individuals than "naturally thin."

Yep, and even if you're limited you can create a great physique. Look at someone with smaller bones like Flex Wheeler. He looked better than Ronnie Coleman to me.

Anecdotes don't make a post odd. This is just explaining why thin people are thin. Barring some disease that causes rapid weight loss, it's because they eat less on average.
