One of the big problems of this forum, people believe in that they're going to gain fat from eating fruit. Glycogen, sweet sweet glycogen storage does not equal fat .

For the people claiming that bananas make them gain weight... bananas actually are great choice for weight loss (fiber, potassium, etc) so I've got to ask what else are you eating and are you drinking enough water?

A certain percentage of FS members are misled by certain doctors with hypotheses on fat loss. The insulin hypothesis causes people to fear even natural foods. The science is out there, CICO is the truth for all but it isn't "sexy". Maybe it seems to simple but fat loss is simple the hard part is sticking to a deficit over a long period of time. Something that causes people to believe certain foods cause fat gain is because it can increase scale weight via water weight gain. That fact helps the charlatans line their wallets by misleading struggling dieters.

U cannot n do not reach a goal and eat foods you did not eat when u where dieting. For the fat that if you do you won’t know how to control the portions.

So u practice, practice with time and patience u acquire this skill, oh but ones you acquire this skill 💗 you feel empowered, in control, and you learn to not fear food AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW A SUSTAINABLE DEFICIT or SUSTAINABLE MAINTENANCE CALORIE INTAKE
