I love this also! I used to be someone who was the first picture, but have realized that life happens and I'm not going to eliminate every food forever, so if I eat one donut, piece of pizza, or cupcake, it's not the end of the world, I just have to keep looking forward.

The only way that box of donuts would call to me is if there was something I liked hiding in there, otherwise I'd pass it by. But if there was...I'd take it n save it for a later treat & I've found I usually forget about it. Most of the time it works. 💁

Oh no my addiction to food and my need to feel stuff with food will never go away. but now that I’m aware of it and I accept it I can live with it at peace. I have managed to obtain the tools to still eat as I like n what I like but in moderation. It’s an everyday struggle but i take one day at a time.
