So after the third day of the military diet, which went pretty well, I actually lost quite some weight. The rest of the week, I'm gonna do the intermittent fasting, so I'll only eat from 10 to 4, and keep below my caloric limit of 1200. I'm really looking forward to eating what I want, when I want, cause for me one of the biggest struggles of the Military diet was to eat breakfast and dinner, which I usually never do.
