so skip ice cream and lose 9.1 lbs a week! That's what I've been doing wrong 🤦‍♀️

haha I did because I didn't like the number and it went lower after 🤣🤣 I guess I just need to eat all day long if I want to gain any weight now 🤔I've been stuck around 174 for almost a month now and this is the lowest in over a month. granted I did have 700 less calories because I didn't workout but still I haven't been trending up like I should ahhh such a life altering problem to deal with 🤣
