During these rainy days I have been burning calories cleaning my house in the evening, along with some squats and aerobics while watching tv. Last night I made some impromptu alfredo with some leftover Eckrich smoked cheddar sausage, Barilla Ready Pasta, Bertoli Alfredo and some leftover broccoli. I added a small amount of smoked gouda and then some raspberry balsamic and Italian seasoned olive oil. I have 1.5 cups of the mixture and have some good leftovers. I don't eat pasta a lot but I love it. After I had supper I called Hubs and talked to him a bit then got back to my cleaning. He should be pleased when he is home. I am very ready for some sunny days to come back. But thankful the icy weather has just been a little west of me. Prayers to people in Dallas and Westward because it sucks when it is icy.
