I hover between 113.8 and 114.6. I'm ok with that. Over the weekend I didn't eat the best. Had Little Caesers pizza Saturday & another serving at lunch yesterday. And then some pasta last night. But getting back on track with my meat, veggie train. Been Exercising more and got some 10lb weights. My arms are so weak & I hope to get to where I can lift cat litter and can goods without issue.

I decided to get back into journaling. Hubs bought me a pretty journal for church but I decided it would be better used as a daily journal. So hopefully I can keep at it. My mom wishes she had journaled because she still has a sharp memory but has forgotten names of people from the 70s and 80s that she knew. I have a memory of an elephant now, but who knows in 30 years.

Church was good yesterday too. Glad I got back into my normal routine after the holidays. I want to get into choir again. I found out they are still on winter break for another week.

Last night I finished my first section of CE for my insurance license renewal. It was dry but must do it. I really do feel blessed to have a job that I enjoy and I love insurance. So much happier now than my years in graphic design. Wow that was not the field for me.
