Well things have been up and down so not surprised that I gained a pound. The past weekend I stayed away from hubs. Friday night he got angry at me for asking him to turn the volume down on his phone. He stayed on the couch, Saturday morning he was angry and left to go to town without saying goodbye. So I went to my parent's house. Sunday my Dad and I went to the Rangers/Braves game. First time I had gotten to see the Braves since we live in TX. It was fun. Hubs was all sweet after I was gone so much over the weekend.

We have more counseling tonight. I am growing indifferent and that concerns me. The issues are not good besides the deadly habit, the Jekyll and Hyde mood swings he has are unbearable. Life is hard. I hope the pastor doesn't take hub's side again tonight. I'm just so drained and tired of being sad and angry.

I haven't been walking as much either. Just been depressed.
