Feel like I'm springing back quite quickly from the eating horror that was Easter and all those public holidays that followed, so I'm starting to get back to eating well again. Still having a half cup of chocolate mousse with fat free yoghurt for dessert at dinner and I also had half a slice of carrot cake yesterday, but then I skipped lunch. Had four little biscuits with my coffees when I met up with two friends, but I guess I'll see what damage that's done soon enough. Eating out tomorrow night again and Sunday for lunch so will try to stay on track today. Doing a 30 days of May workout challenge at my own pace and so far so good. Will try to fit some more exercise in this weekend.
