Agree!! Carbs are great hi energy fuel, some are much more delicious than others. I could not do what I do without them (hi sustained wattage endurance activities).

I'm on day three of my weekly three-day military diet. Ice Cream every night...yum! I've tried low carb low fat, low carb high fat, low fat high carb, Atkins, juicing, Slim Fast, 20-Day diet and some I probably can't remember. So far, the only thing that is working is counting calories and very slowly losing weight. No quick fixes for a long-term problem! Love your posts Rosio.
