I really like your posts answers a lot of questions I don’t want to go on fad diet . I think it would make me act like a real you -know-what your have really done great work !! I am sure you are very happy - way to go !!!!

Honestly these post changed my life n thought me how to eat. Fad diets only teach u how to binge eat, lose control when u eat a “bad food” item and “fall off the wagon” :(
