So after the third day of the military diet, which went pretty well, I actually lost quite some weight. The rest of the week, I'm gonna do the intermittent fasting, so I'll only eat from 10 to 4, and keep below my caloric limit of 1200. I'm really looking forward to eating what I want, when I want, cause for me one of the biggest struggles of the Military diet was to eat breakfast and dinner, which I usually never do.

So the second day of the military diet didn't go as planned... At first everything was fine, but I started growing more hungry by the minute. And when lunch came, I couldn't stop at just the 5 crackers which were on the plan, so I ate the whole package. I felt horrible the entire day, but I gotta move on. I actually enjoyed lunch, except for the ice cream, but hey🤷🏼♀️ I'ma do better on day three, and I can't wait for the fourth day to come!!

So I've made it through the first day of the military diet! It wasn't as hard as I thought, restriction wise. I was actually struggling to eat everything on the plan, especially the ice cream in the evening was hard. It was weird for me to eat breakfast again, but I kinda liked it. I'ma just keep going and see how it works out, but right now I've lost a bit of weight, even though I'm eating more calories than I was before!

After only counting calories so far, I am going to start the Military diet today, which is a strict meal plan for three days and then the rest of the week you can eat what you want. The remainder of the week I am going to try Intermittent fasting, and see if that helps with my weightloss journey. I want to continue this diet for a month, which is the duration you are maximally supposed to do the military diet. I'll let you know if and how well the military diet works for me!:)
