56 year old wife, mother and grandmother. I was very active up until about 2.5 yrs ago. I started having neurological issue and unfortunately they have only come up with Fibromyalgia. Needless to say I have put on a significant amount of weight. I need to get healthier and start moving more which in turn may help with some of the aches and pains and fatigue. So here I am :-)

**Update** I am now a 58 year old divorced single mom and grandmother. it has been just over a year since I have been here. I did pretty good maintaining but I am up about 20 lbs. I havent weighed myself for a while but when I do, I will update that as well. I continue to be active on a daily basis whether its a walk or bike ride. I plan on going back to the gym now that they have opened it. I will continue with low carb as I find that is the best way for me to maintain my weight.
