I'm 61 years old, and living in a outer suburb of Perth, Western Australia. I am married, with 4 children, 3 of whom are adults. My youngest is nearly 16.
My weight has crept up over the years, and it was only when I started recording what I actually ate each day that I could see why.
Recently, my trousers have started feeling tight on me, and I am determined not to have to buy the next size up. I'm hoping, with recording on this site, to be able to either gradually lose some kilos, or else at least to stay stable.
I would really prefer to be 85 kg, and this is at least more practical, although my ideal weight is closer to 65/70 kg. I'm aiming for 100, on this site, to start with, and hoping to change the goal to 85 at some time next year.
Update 16.8.19 - I'm now 75 kg on a low-carb regimen, and aiming for a new goal.
