Don't feel as worked as Saturday's workout, but at least I got it done.

Pushing leg day further in the week again, but all the great update pics of people's toned arms and shoulders is making me really want to get there too so I'm trying to do more upper body and focusing on progressive overload to some degree.

The first change I saw was in my shoulders, probably because I enjoy working that body part. Then my arms looked different recently.

It's great when you can see the progress, LC. I like the look of my lower arms, but upper arms are still flabby so that's the target for a while.
