I added my own cheese and ham and since I don’t drink my calories of course I added not butter, dressings or oil

I just changed the name from sweet bread to croissant it’s only 10 more calories, making my breakfast very low on calories at 360. 💞 healthy and delicious 🤤 just as I previously thought 👌🏼🥐

Chatty when you say fat is it a good thing? Cause on Keto fat is a good thing, so I believe( Keto people love to splash loads of butter on everything)
